The Power of Networking: Building Your Career, Connections, and Community in Sports
Presented by the Athletic Leadership Series
Featuring Panelists Sean Quirk ’95, Associate Athletic Director at Endicott College; Amanda Kulas, G’21, Track and Field Assistant Coach at Bowdoin College; and Robert Accorsi, G’80, Springfield College Women’s Basketball Staff Member and Former Associate Professor of Sport Management and Recreation
This event will take place in two parts. Part 1 will feature a short, moderated panel discussion with all guest speakers who will provide their insights on developing networking skills and effective practices for sport coaches, administrators, and other practitioners. Our program panelists have diverse backgrounds in coaching, athletic administration, and sport management at the interscholastic, intercollegiate, and professional levels to offer meaningful, contextually relevant advice. Part 2 will consist of interactive breakout sessions where attendees will have the opportunity to rotate to each panelist to learn about and build specific networking skills in a smaller group setting.
Note: At the end of the event, professional headshots will be taken for attendees who are interested.
