This fall, the Office of Inclusion and Community Engagement will be hosting a four-part series of diversity-themed sessions open to the Springfield College community. The series is designed to foster and support a welcoming and inclusive environment for all community members. You are encouraged to attend all sessions as we develop a community of practice.

In this session, attendees will explore the cycle of oppression and how bias and stereotypes benefit some groups while harming others.
