These workshops provide practical tools, insights, and strategies for resolving conflict, fostering collaboration, and improving communication. Strong conflict management skills are a valuable asset in the workplace, classroom, and beyond.

“Navigating Defensiveness” will explore what causes defensiveness and why it ignites conflict so quickly. Learn how to navigate defensiveness, in ourselves and others, so we can shift the conversation and move forward.

These workshops are open to all staff and faculty.
