Need a little more peace in your life? Look no further than the spring 2024 conflict management workshops presented by Amy Sereday, CO-OP, Springfield College ombuds. These workshops provide practical tools, insights, and strategies for resolving conflict, fostering collaboration, and improving communication. Strong conflict management skills are a valuable asset in the workplace, classroom, and beyond.

Giving and receiving feedback can create conflict, but it can also create opportunities for connection and growth. In the “Managing Up” workshop, we will discuss what makes these conversations so difficult, and the unique challenges of giving upward feedback. Learn some practical strategies for giving and receiving feedback, and how to lean into these important conversations.

These workshops are open to all staff and faculty.
