Hold Tight/Let GoMasters Students in Art Theapy and Counseling Exhibit

April 25-May 14William Blizard GalleryVisual Arts Center, Blake Hall, 2nd Floor
Open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This show explores themes of memory, home, personal narrative, and intimate aspects of ourselves. Each artist, in their own way, navigates how their lived experience intersects with their therapeutic practice, their artistic process, and personal traditions. The viewer is drawn into each installation, invited to participate in their own reflection and contribute to each piece of art. Through this interactive element, the observer becomes a creator and is invited to engage and leave their mark.

Artists featured from the Graduate Class of 2022 in the exhibit: Arielle Jessop-Humpage, Quin Feder, and Kaiti Ryan

Join us for a gallery reception on Saturday, May 14, from Noon-2 p.m.
