Lunch and Learn: A Manager’s Guide to Understanding Microaggressions in the Workplace

Hill will highlight the complexities of working in a vibrant and diverse environment that seeks to be an inclusive environment where all belong.

Hill has more than 20 years of experience working in higher education with a focus on diversity and inclusion. He is a consultant on diversity issues and presents nationally on issues of inclusion, where he focuses primarily on providing equal access to educational opportunities for underrepresented populations. He earned his PhD in political science, with concentrations in public policy, and Black political thought at Howard University.
