In an effort to assist graduate students achieve academic success, the Department of Education is offering 10 sessions we think you will find helpful. We know how busy you are balancing school, work, community responsibilities, and family commitments, so we are presenting these sessions via Zoom on Tuesday nights. Feel free to participate in some or all of these sessions. The sessions are open to education and other Springfield College graduate students.

“Ethics in Research”

This session has been designed for individuals who are interested in learning more about the ethics that we, as professionals, need to consider when conducting research in schools and other community spaces. The session will also explore how bias shows up in the research process and how to minimize researcher bias and the usage of biased language when writing.
