Athletic Operation and Execution: What Goes on Behind the Scenes
This event features invited speakers with expertise in athletic operations who will present in a moderated panel and small breakout session format. During the moderated panel discussion, guest speakers will share their professional insights and career trajectory on athletic operation and execution within their unique professional roles. Program panelists have diverse contextual backgrounds in athletics (e.g., high school, collegiate, professional) to offer practical, meaningful advice. Topics range from everyday game planning and logistics to the preparation and execution of national championships.
