Springfield College President Mary-Beth A. Cooper will host the annual All College Meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, at noon ET, officially welcoming the campus community to the 2021-22 academic year. This year’s meeting will be held in person at the Appleton Auditorium, Fuller Arts Center, and will once again be available virtually via Zoom. Join us for a socially distant and masked gathering where the following broad topics will be discussed.
- The ongoing response to COVID-19 and plans for the fall semester.
- Accomplishments in achieving the goals of the strategic plan and our future efforts to continue to strengthen Springfield College.
- Perspectives on the start of the academic year from the Faculty Senate, Staff Council, and the Student Government Association.
- Our commitment to social justice and equity and efforts across our campus to fulfill the pledge that Silence Is Not an Option and Words Without Action Are Not Enough.
Announcement of the R. William Cheney Award, given annually to a staff member or members in recognition of their devotion to the Springfield College community and their commitment to our Humanics philosophy.
