Need a little more peace in your life? Look no further than the spring 2024 conflict management workshops presented by Amy Sereday, CO-OP, Springfield College ombuds. These workshops provide practical tools, insights, and strategies for resolving conflict, fostering collaboration, and improving communication. Strong conflict management skills are a valuable asset in the workplace, classroom, and beyond.

For those who are unable to attend in person, you can join the workshops via Zoom.

Through a series of short self-assessments, “Understanding Your Conflict Management Style” will uncover your preferred conflict management style. Together, we will consider how these styles can impact the outcome when we engage with others. We will discuss each style, when it’s most beneficial, and how we might be more intentional with our approach.

These workshops are open to all staff and faculty.
