The divisions of Student Affairs and Academic Affairs are pleased to offer faculty and staff this professional development opportunity on the topic of Generation Z in the workplace. Gen Z (aka iGen) is the second largest living generation in the United States after millennials. Born between 1997-2012, they make up the majority of our student population and a sizable number of employees.

What makes Gen Z special and how do we best work with them? Come find out through this engaging presentation.

In this session, attendees will identify general characteristics, values, and expectations of Gen Z employees, reflect on the challenges and opportunities of working in a multigenerational environment, and apply insights to their respective workplace contexts.

Lunch will be available starting at 11:30 a.m.
